Fraudulent sale or disposal of goods by hirer

Every person who —
(a)
by the disposal or sale of any goods comprised in a regulated agreement;
(b)
by the removal of the goods; or
(c)
by any other means,defrauds or attempts to defraud the owner shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both.
