Section 42

The Bills of Sale Act 1886 and any subsequent or other written law for the time being in force relating to bills of sale shall not apply to any provision in a regulated agreement whereby the rights of the owner under the regulated agreement are extended to any replacement or renewal by the hirer of any part or parts of goods or any accessory added or addition made by the hirer to any goods comprised in any such agreement.
