Appointment of Registrar, Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrars
(1)
The President may, on the recommendation of the Chief Justice, appoint a Registrar, a Deputy Registrar and Assistant Registrars of the Supreme Court.
(2)
A person must not be appointed to be or to act as the Registrar, the Deputy Registrar or an Assistant Registrar unless he or she is a qualified person as defined in section 2 of the Legal Profession Act 1966.
