Amendment of Third to Ninth Schedules

(1)
The Minister may, after consulting the Chief Justice, by order in the Gazette, amend the Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Seventh, Eighth or Ninth Schedule.

(1A)
Without limiting subsection (1), the Seventh and Eighth Schedules may make different provisions for the Appellate Division and the Court of Appeal.

An order under subsection (1) may contain such saving and transitional provisions as may appear to the Minister, after consulting the Chief Justice, to be necessary or expedient.
