Section 55ZH

The Authority may from time to time determine and announce the rates of interest payable to or by merchant banks in Singapore, the rates of discount chargeable by merchant banks in Singapore, or the rates of commission and other charges payable to merchant banks in Singapore.

Any determination and announcement made under subsection (1) does not apply to any transaction between merchant banks in Singapore.
