Publication of information on banks and merchant banks

The Authority is to publish and maintain on its website at all times, a list of banks and a list of merchant banks licensed under this Act.

If any licence is issued, revoked or surrendered, or the name of any bank or merchant bank is changed, the Authority is to publish notice of this in the Gazette.
