Section 11

Where the President or a former President dies, there may be granted, in addition to any gratuity which may be paid under section 10, a pension to his widow as well as to his surviving children of such amount or amounts and subject to such terms as Parliament may by resolution determine.

Any pension granted under subsection (1) shall commence on the date of the death of the President or former President.

Any pension paid to a widow under subsection (1) shall cease upon her re-marriage or death.
