Interpretation
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“Board” means the Board of Studies established under section 9;“Chairman” means the Chairman of the Council appointed under section 5;“Council” means the Council constituted under section 5;“Director” means the Director appointed under section 8;“financial year” means a period of 12 months beginning on 1st April in any year;“Institute” means the Institute of Education established under section 3.
