Section 10

The Board shall issue to each registered surveyor, upon application by the surveyor in the prescribed form and on payment of the prescribed fee, a certificate of registration.

Subject to the provisions of this Act, every such certificate of registration shall expire on 31st December of the year in which it is issued and shall thereafter be renewable annually upon payment of the prescribed fee.

This section shall not apply to a Government surveyor registered under this Act.
