Section 13

Every person who is dissatisfied with any decision of the Board relating to an application by him for registration, or to the removal of his name from the register, or to his suspension from practice, may, within 30 days after notice of the decision has been communicated to him by the Secretary, appeal to the High Court whose decision shall be final.
