Rules
(1)
The Board may, with the approval of the Minister, make such rules for the carrying out of the purposes of this Act as it considers necessary.
(2)
Such rules —
(a)
may prescribe that any act or omission in contravention of the provisions of any rule shall be an offence; and
(b)
may provide for the imposition of penalties for such offences, which penalties shall not exceed a fine of $1,000 in respect of each offence. [15
