Report of inspector to be admissible in evidence

A copy of the report of any inspector appointed under this Act certified as correct by the Minister shall be admissible in any legal proceedings as evidence of the opinion of the inspector and of the facts upon which his opinion is based in relation to any matter contained in the report.[9C
