Section 17

Appeals

(1)

Any person who is aggrieved by —

(a)

any decision of the Director with respect to his application under section 4; or

(b)

any notice given by the Director under section 11,may appeal to the Minister whose decision shall be final.

(2)

An appeal under this section shall be instituted within 14 days after the person has been notified of the decision of the Director under section 4 or been given the notice under section 11, as the case may be.
