Section 22

Service of notices

Every notice, order or document required or authorised by this Act or any regulations made thereunder to be served on any person may be served —

(a)

by delivering it personally to that person;

(b)

by leaving it at the usual or last known place of abode or business of that person; or

(c)

by sending it by post addressed to that person at his usual or last known place of abode or business.
