Section 38

The balance of the revenue of the Bank in any financial year after deducting the expenses incurred for carrying out the purposes of this Act and such sums as the Bank may think fit in respect of bad debts, depreciation of assets and other contingencies shall be applied for the creation of a general reserve fund or such other reserves or other capital fund as the Bank may consider appropriate.
