Section 6B

Act not to be interpreted as authorising action in certain cases

Except for the purpose of protecting the safety of an aircraft or of persons or property on board an aircraft, nothing in this Act is to be interpreted as authorising or requiring any action in respect of an offence under any law of a political nature, or based on discrimination on any ground such as race, religion, nationality, ethnic origin, political opinion or gender.
