Section 13

If any officer or employee of the Corporation pawns, sells, loses by neglect, makes away with or wilfully or negligently damages any arms, ammunition, accoutrement, uniform or other article supplied to him, or any vehicle or property committed to his charge, he shall make good, either partially or wholly as the Corporation may determine, the value of the property or the amount of the loss or damage, as the case may be, and that value or that amount may be recovered from his salary.
