Interpretation

In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires —“auxiliary police force” means the auxiliary police force established by the Corporation under section 12;“Chairman” means the Chairman of the Corporation;“Commandant” means the Commandant of the auxiliary police force appointed by the Corporation under section 12(2);“Commissioner” means the Commissioner of Police;“Corporation” means the Commercial and Industrial Security Corporation established under this Act;“member” means a member of the Corporation and includes the Chairman.
