Establishment of Commercial and Industrial Security Corporation
There shall be established a body to be known as the Commercial and Industrial Security Corporation which shall be a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, and shall be capable of —
(a)
acquiring, holding and disposing of movable and immovable property;
(b)
suing and being sued; and
(c)
doing and suffering all such acts and things as bodies corporate may lawfully do and suffer.
