Section 22

Regulations

(1)

The Board may, with the prior approval of the Minister, make such regulations as it may consider necessary or desirable for the proper conduct of the business of the Board and the execution of its functions including, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, regulations with regard to the following matters:

(a)

the fees and charges that may be levied by the Board;

(b)

the tests of proficiency in courses conducted by the Board;

(c)

the management of the Board’s income and funds; and

(d)

subscribing members.

(2)

All regulations made under this Act shall be published in the Gazette and shall be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication.[19
