Refusing medical or dental examination and treatment
Every person subject to military law who, without reasonable excuse, does not submit to —
(a)
a medical or dental examination or test;
(b)
inoculation, vaccination or immunisation; or
(c)
medical or dental treatment,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction by a subordinate military court to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or any less punishment authorised by this Act.
