Summary disposal of charges for offences not specified in Schedule
(1)
A charge made against any person subject to military law in respect of any offence that is not specified in the Schedule must not be dealt with summarily under the provisions of this Part.
(2)
The Armed Forces Council may by order amend or vary the Schedule.
