Section 17

As soon as may be reasonably practicable after the end of each accounting year, but not later than 6 months from the end of that year, unless the Minister otherwise authorises in writing, the Corporation shall furnish to the Minister a report of its functions for that year together with a copy of the statement of accounts in respect of that year and the auditors’ report thereon.

A copy of the report and of the statement of accounts attached thereto shall be presented to Parliament.
