Section 20

The Corporation may, from time to time, appoint such advisory, professional or technical committees as it thinks fit to advise the Corporation on such matters within the scope of its functions as are referred to them by the Corporation.

Any person may be appointed to be a member of any such committee notwithstanding that he is not a member, officer or employee of the Corporation.
