Section 7

Appointment of staff

The Corporation may —

(a)

appoint such officers and employees as may be necessary for the carrying out of the functions of the Corporation under this Act; and

(b)

engage and remunerate for their services such professional persons or agents as the Corporation considers necessary for carrying out its functions.
