Appointment of Chief Executive

(1)
The Corporation shall, with the approval of the Minister, appoint and employ a Chief Executive.
(2)
The Chief Executive shall, subject to the directions of the Corporation on matters of policy, be charged with the direction of the functions or business of the Corporation, its administration and organisation and the administrative control of its employees.
