Section 19

Obstructing officer of Board

Any person who obstructs or hinders any officer or agent of the Board acting in the discharge of his or her duty under this Act or any regulations made under this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000.
