Proceedings conducted by officer of Board

Proceedings in respect of any offence under this Act or any regulations made under this Act may, with the authorisation of the Public Prosecutor, be conducted by an officer of the Board or an officer of the Government authorised in writing in that behalf by the Chief Executive.
