Delegation of functions
(1)
The Board may appoint such agents (including the Government) as may be necessary for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The Board may delegate all or any of the powers and functions under this Act relating to or appertaining to the collection of cess to any person, including an officer or department of the Government.
(3)
The Board may pay to any person appointed under subsection (1) a fee for the services rendered in connection with the collection of cess.
