Liability of directors, etc.

Where an offence under this Act or the rules made thereunder is committed by a corporation or other body corporate and the offence is proved to have been committed with the consent or connivance of, or to have been facilitated by any neglect on the part of, any director, chairman, manager, secretary or other officer of the corporation or other body corporate, he, as well as the body corporate, shall be guilty of the offence and shall be liable on conviction to be punished accordingly.[7K
