Section 11

For the purpose of sections 9 and 10, a certificate issued by the Minister charged with the responsibility for internal security stating that he is satisfied that it would be contrary to the national security or interest for the person named in the certificate to be registered or to continue to be registered under this Act shall be conclusive evidence of the matters so stated.

Section 10(2) shall not apply in a case where the Registrar cancels the registration of a person under section 10(1) (a) pursuant to a certificate referred to in subsection (1). [9C
