Section 17

The Registrar shall have power at all times to rectify any mistake in order to bring the entry in the register relating to any person into conformity with the documents relating to that person furnished under this Act.

On application made by all the parties who have signed any particulars relating to a person under this Act, the Registrar may rectify any mistake in those particulars or in the record or note thereof made in the register.

Notwithstanding subsections (1) and (2), the Registrar may, in such circumstances as may be prescribed and upon receipt of a notice made by any person in the prescribed manner, rectify any particulars furnished under this Act or the register accordingly. [15
