Section 35

Nothing in this Act shall be construed to require the Registrar to register a person who carries on any business which is unlawful and in the case of a person registered under this Act who carries on any business which is unlawful the Registrar shall cancel his registration.

Any person aggrieved by the decision of the Registrar under subsection (1) may, within 30 days of the date of the decision, appeal to the Minister whose decision shall be final. [30
