Registration by nominee
Where a person carries on a business wholly or mainly as nominee or trustee of or for another person, or other persons, or acts as agent for any foreign firm for the general purposes of the business of that foreign firm in Singapore, the first-mentioned person shall, in addition to the particulars required by section 6, furnish the particulars mentioned in the Second Schedule.
