Section 12

Enumeration of naval, military and air forces, travellers, etc.

The Superintendent must obtain, by such ways and means as appear to the Superintendent best adapted for the purposes, the information required by this Act or the rules made under this Act with respect to —

(a)

any naval, military or air forces; and

(b)

all persons who during the time appointed for the taking of the census were not living in any house, of which account is to be taken by the census officers as provided by this Act,and must include that information in the abstracts to be made by the Superintendent under this Act.
