Section 14

Certain employers may be required to be enumerators

(1)

Upon receipt of a written requisition in the prescribed form signed by the Superintendent, every employer of —

(a)

employees who reside in any factory or workshop; or

(b)

any other class or description of employees that the Minister may by notification in the Gazette specify,is bound to act as an enumerator in respect of all those employees.

(2)

An employer mentioned in subsection (1) must cause to be filled in in respect of the employees any schedule delivered to the employer for the purpose, and must deliver the schedule filled in to the best of the employer’s knowledge and belief to the supervisor appointed for the area within which the premises are situated, or to any other person that the Superintendent may direct.
