Section 13

Delegation of powers

(1)

The Controller may in writing delegate all or any of his or her powers, duties or functions under this Act to any supplies officer, and may at any time revoke any such delegation.

(2)

No delegation under subsection (1) is deemed to divest the Controller of any of his or her powers, duties or functions and he or she may exercise those powers, duties and functions despite any such delegation.
