Interpretation
For the purposes of this Part —“certificate” means a certificate of registration issued under section 9;“permit” means a provisional factory permit issued under section 9;“registered factory” means a factory in respect of which a certificate or permit is for the time being in force;“unregistered factory” means a factory which is not a registered factory.
