Section 84

The Minister may appoint a Chief Inspector and such other inspectors and officers as he thinks necessary (under whatever title he may from time to time determine) for the purposes of this Act.

Notice of the appointment of every inspector shall be published in the Gazette.

Every inspector shall be furnished with a certificate of his appointment, and when visiting a factory or place to which any of the provisions of this Act apply, shall, if so required, produce the certificate to the occupier or foreman or other responsible person in the factory.[77
