Persons not to reveal secrets
No person shall otherwise than in the performance of his duties reveal any manufacturing or commercial secret which may at any time come to his knowledge in the course of his duty as an inspector. If any person acts in contravention of this section he shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.[80
