Effect of revocation of licence
(1)
Where an order of revocation becomes effective under section 10, the licensee concerned shall cease to carry on the business of a private investigator or a security guard agency, as the case may be.
(2)
Subsection (1) shall not prejudice the enforcement by any person of any right or claim against the licensee concerned or by the licensee concerned of any right or claim against any person arising out of or concerning any matter or thing done prior to the revocation of the licence.
