Section 6

No person to carry on the business of a security guard agency without a licence

(1)

No person shall carry on the business of a security guard agency unless he is the holder of a security guard agency’s licence.

(2)

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.
