Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Radiation Protection Act and shall, with the exception of sections 5 and 17, come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.(2) Sections 5 and 17 shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
