Power to make standing orders
The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister, make standing orders providing for every matter in regard to which standing orders may be made under this Act and in particular for the following:
(a)
the method of entering into contracts by or on behalf of the Authority;
(b)
the delegation of powers to officers of the Authority;
(c)
the opening, keeping, closing and internal audit of accounts of the Authority;
(d)
loans and allowances to officers of the Authority;
(e)
housing accommodation for officers of the Authority; and
(f)
the professional and technical training of officers of the Authority.[25
