Section 9

No registered martial art association shall change its name or place of business or any place of instruction provided by the association without the prior approval in writing of the Controller.

If a registered martial art association fails to comply with the requirements of subsection (1), the association and every officer thereof shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.

A person aggrieved by the refusal of the Controller to approve such change of name, place of business or place of instruction under subsection (1) may, within 30 days from the date of being notified of the decision of the Controller, appeal against his decision to the Minister whose decision shall be final.
