Section 32

Copy of entry in register to be evidence

(1)

Every such certified copy is to be received as conclusive evidence of the contents of the entry of which it purports to be a copy.

(2)

Every such certified copy is to, in all proceedings, whether civil or criminal, be accepted as sufficient evidence of all the matters and things thereby appearing, until the contrary is proved.
