Section 35

Except as otherwise provided in this Act, any person who fails to comply with any of the requirements of this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction before a District Court or a Magistrate’s Court to a fine not exceeding $50,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 2 years or to both.
