Section 43

Payment of fees, etc.

(1)

Subject to subsection (2), all fees and other moneys collected under this Act must be paid to the Info-communications Media Development Authority established by section 3 of the Info‑communications Media Development Authority Act 2016.

All sums collected under section 42 for the composition of an offence under this Act must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
