Section 15A

Power to require information

The Authority or the Superintendent may require any owner or occupier of a private parking place to furnish any information relating to the private parking place that the Authority or the Superintendent considers necessary or expedient for the performance of the functions or duties of the Authority or the Superintendent under this Act.
