Section 19

Any person who obstructs or hinders the Authority, the Superintendent, any enforcement officer, outsourced enforcement officer or any person acting in the discharge of his or her duty under this Act or any rules made under this Act shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 months or to both.
